Japanese fleeced into bait-n-switch lamb scam

Apparently as many as 2000 Japanese have been fooled by Internet companies selling lambs they thought were poodles claiming it was “the latest must have accessory”. The jig was up after a prominent actress showed photos of her “poodle” on TV claiming it didn’t bark and didn’t like dog food, resulting in other Japanese to point out it’s a lamb instead. Authorities are investigating, suspecting the lambs have come from Britain or Australia from less than reputable pet dealers (now defunct).

Maybe it’s those Black Sheep from New Zealand making a stab at world domination?
