What I do is occasionally buy a bottle of water and then keep refilling that bottle with tap water and use it for a long time. I can definitely taste a difference between the bottled water and normal tap water. I guess it depends on how bad the tap water is in your area. Best thing is to get a water filter installed in your kitchen.
Agreed on that - filtering your water is a good idea. Tap water varies from area to area, so in the blind tests it’s probably the top 5% of tap water (free-ish) vs bottled water.
