On How Stuff Works they claim that research done at ANU shows that there’s a growing hypothesis people that people who write with their left hand (the common sign of left handedness) have better connections inside and between both hemispheres of the brain, making them better at gaming, sports and other high stimulii activities. I should point out as a left hander I suck at quite a few pattern based games like Space Channel 5, Guitar Hero (what’s sad is I used to play a guitar!) and DDR.

I should also point out that the level of left handedness varies, some people are completely left hand dominant, while others are more correctly right hand dominate with left handed preferences for some activities like writing or using a mouse.
