The Independant collected together a bunch of the best user submitted questions to Richard Darwins, best known for his pro-thinking agenda (which usually is mistaken for being anti-religious). I recently got his new book “The God Delusion” which was quite interesting, maybe I’ll do a review when I’m finished. Anyhow, feel free to read some interesting questions and answers from the man himself, in particular the one about Afghanistan and that Saddam Hussein would be better off still being in power there.
My favourite: I’d quote Bertrand Russell: “Not enough evidence, God, not enough evidence.” But why is God assumed to care so much about whether you believe in him? Maybe he wants you to be generous, kind, loving, and honest - and never mind what you believe.
