Judge Dale Kimball has finally landed the nail in the coffin for SCO, throwing most of SCO’s claims out due to SCO’s inability to lay all their “millions of lines” of evidence on the table as asked. Worse still for SCO, Novell’s case that they are illegally withholding money from Novell (the dispute over the ownership of Unix) will be going first. Looks like it’s all over for SCO. If Steve Ballmer has any brains, he better quit his Microsoft posturing over the MS/Novell deal that makes them even remotely look like SCO.
